Available supplier age labels: 0–6 months, 7–12 months and 13–18 months. These are approximate age bands, not UK shoe sizes. Choose the age band that matches your baby’s current footwear; babies of the same age can have different foot lengths.
Fit check
When trying them on, make sure toes can move freely and the opening does not press into the ankle. These are not sold as waterproof footwear.
Materials & care
Follow the sewn-in care label for washing, drying and ironing. Wash similar colours together. For knitwear, reshape while damp and dry flat to help preserve the shape.

UK standard delivery: £3.95 below £50; free from £50. The threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts. No guaranteed arrival date is included with standard delivery.
Returns & refunds
30-day returns: notify us within 30 days of delivery and send your return within 14 days of notifying us. Extended change-of-mind returns must be unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging. You pay the direct change-of-mind return postage. No restocking fee. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we cover reasonable return costs where required by law. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. UK statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.
