Start a return

Contact us through the website contact form with your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before posting your parcel so it reaches the correct location.

Our 30-day returns window

Let us know within 30 days of delivery if you would like to return an item. For our extended change-of-mind returns offer, items must be unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. Your order confirmation can serve as proof of purchase.

Your UK cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Our extended returns conditions do not limit your statutory rights.

Return postage

You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. When you cancel your entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge; extra charges for a more expensive delivery option are not included.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful if available. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods apply to sale items too.
