Choosing a size
Available supplier age bands: 3–6 months, 6–9 months, 9–12 months, 12–18 months, 18–24 months and 2–3 years. Age bands are approximate, not garment measurements. Choose the band that matches the size your child currently wears; allow room for their usual layer underneath. If your child is between age bands, the larger option gives more layering room.

Processing: 1 business day. Delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch. Standard delivery is £3.95, or free for orders of £50 or more after discounts.
Returns

Materials & care
Follow the sewn-in care label for washing, drying and ironing. Wash similar colours together. For knitwear, reshape while damp and dry flat to help preserve the shape.

Returns & refunds
30-day returns: notify us within 30 days of delivery and send your return within 14 days of notifying us. Extended change-of-mind returns must be unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging. You pay the direct change-of-mind return postage. No restocking fee. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we cover reasonable return costs where required by law. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. UK statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.
